This scientific meeting organized by the Centro de Referencia para Lactobacilos (CERELA) will revise the recent advances in the basic knowledge of lactic acid bacteria and their applications in biotechnology, human and animal health.
The meeting is aimed at researchers, professionals, technicians, businessmen, industrialists and postgraduate and undergraduate students related to Microbiology, Biotechnology, Immunology, Molecular Biology and Genomics of lactic acid bacteria.
